Rysen's first Christmas with the Bonfields

We had a wonderful first Christmas with Rysen, Grandma and Grandpa Bonfield, Uncle Shawn, and Aunt Ashley. Here are some fun pics of the weekend. Rysen opened his first Christmas gift, a travel high chair that works perfect and was spoiled by everyone:) He loves all of his new toys and we all had lots of fun.

Rice Cereal

Rysen has had some rougher nights lately and trouble with eating all the time so we took it as a sign he was ready to rice cereal a bit sooner than planned. We were at the lake celebrating Christmas with my family and decided to give it a try. It was so funny watching him. He was not sure what to do with it at first. We are now mixing some in with his bottles and trying to give him some by spoon every day for practice. He is much more into holding and chewing on the spoon:)

Celebration Sunday! Snow and Rysen is 5 months old!

We ventured up to Snoqualmie Falls today for some family time to see the falls since it has been freezing. (This had to happen after the Seahawks game of course). Once we arrived it started snowing like crazy and it was so busy with people. I forgot my hat and it was so cold! The trip was worth the drive by far as you can see from the pics! Rysen loved it too celebrating 5 months old today:)

Rysen Meets Tim

MT's friend Tim from college is in town and we had fun catching up with the gang at dinner! We had 6 kids in the group and it kept us busy at the restaurant! I only got a few pictures:( Rysen sat in a high chair for the first time for about 30 minutes at a restaurant. He is getting to be such a big boy! It was also Daddy Dyks first time solo with the boys so we had to get a picture for Lori:)

Happy Holidays

The tree is up, most of the presents are wrapped, and Santa has been visited:)

Andrew's Birthday Party (sorry so late)

Rysen went to Andrew's 3rd birthday party and had so much fun, he fell asleep after the first hour:)

Updates

Well Rysen is now 4 months old, I have been back at work for 3 weeks and Rysen has been in daycare for 3 weeks. He is growing and changing every day and getting to be such a big boy!

Weight: 12lbs 6.5oz (8.07 percentile)
Height: 24.5" (35.15 percentile)
Head Circumference 40cm (6.55 percentile)
He is growing right on target for a premie and will catch up in time.
